How to use Atlas
Atlas helps you turn a business idea into more structured decisions. Start by describing your project honestly: Atlas tells apart what you already know from what still needs to be verified.
- 01
Describe your idea
Answer the 12 steps of the questionnaire with the information you actually have. If you don't know an answer, say so instead of making it up.
- 02
Get your Diagnostic Atlas™
Atlas analyzes your project across several dimensions: problem, customer, market, offer and differentiation, business model, execution and resources, traction and validation. You get an Atlas Score™, a confidence level and a verdict.
- 03
Understand what needs validating
The diagnostic separates well-established elements from assumptions and missing information. The Atlas Score™ is not a guarantee of success: it helps you identify strengths, weaknesses, risks and what to verify in the field.
- 04
Move from analysis to action
After your diagnostic, you can continue with the Positioning, Offer & Pricing and Acquisition modules. They help you turn your diagnostic into concrete decisions and actions.
- 05
Come back with new information
After talking to potential customers and testing your offer, your pricing or your acquisition channels, you can reanalyze your project. Atlas then factors the new information into an updated diagnostic.
