2. Atlas service

Atlas is a digital service designed to help users analyze, structure and validate business and project ideas.

Atlas provides diagnostics, analyses, recommendations and decision-support tools based on information supplied by the user.

Atlas is a decision-support tool.

Information, scores, analyses, assumptions and recommendations provided by Atlas do not constitute a guarantee of commercial, financial or entrepreneurial success.

Important assumptions should be independently verified by the user, including through research and real-world validation.

3. Hosting and technical infrastructure

Atlas uses technical infrastructure including Lovable and Cloudflare for application publishing, distribution and execution.

The service's primary database infrastructure is provided using Supabase.

The primary region currently configured for the Atlas database is EU Central (Frankfurt), Germany.

Certain technical operations may nevertheless be performed through geographically distributed infrastructure.

4. Artificial intelligence

Certain Atlas features use artificial intelligence services provided by OpenAI.

AI-generated results may contain errors, approximations or assumptions.

Users remain responsible for assessing and verifying information used in professional, commercial or financial decisions.

5. Payments and subscriptions

Paid Atlas subscriptions and payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for the relevant transactions.

Atlas/NSAT SARL does not directly store full payment card details used during checkout.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Atlas service structure, visual identity, texts, graphics, methods, interfaces and proprietary service content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, representation, adaptation or exploitation of these elements is prohibited, subject to mandatory rights provided by law.

Users retain their rights in information and content they submit to Atlas, subject to the rights necessary to operate the service as described in the Terms of Use.
