2. Atlas offers
Atlas provides a first free analysis and then one-time purchases. No new subscription is offered to new customers.
Purchases currently offered, expressed as Atlas base prices before any applicable taxes:
- Full report: $25, one-time payment, unlocking the full report of one diagnostic under the rules of the service;
- Explorer Pack: $59, one-time payment, crediting 3 report credits, each credit allowing the generation or unlocking of one full report under the rules of the service;
- “Build my business” pack: $29, one-time payment, tied to an eligible diagnostic whose full report has been unlocked, giving access for that diagnostic to the Positioning, Offer & pricing and Acquisition modules, with a maximum of 3 generations per module.
These purchases are not subscriptions: they do not renew automatically and give rise to no recurring charge by virtue of the purchase itself.
Report credits are attached to the account that made the purchase and are not transferable to another account. No expiry period is provided for at this time.
The “Build my business” pack is attached to the diagnostic it was purchased for and does not extend to other diagnostics in the account.
Unlocked full reports and acquired module results remain available from the account in line with how the service operates, for as long as the account and the service remain available.
The Atlas Premium subscription is no longer sold to new customers. Atlas Premium subscriptions taken out previously and still active remain governed by the corresponding clauses of these Terms, in particular those covering renewal, recurring billing, cancellation and associated rights.
Applicable features and limits are those displayed in the offer at the time of purchase.
Atlas does not guarantee that a particular feature will remain unchanged indefinitely.
Material changes remain subject to applicable contractual and legal rights.
3. Price and taxes
The applicable price is the price shown to the user before the order is confirmed.
Current base prices are $25 for the full report, $59 for the Explorer Pack and $29 for the “Build my business” pack. For legacy Atlas Premium subscriptions still active, the reference price remains €19 per month.
Depending on the buyer's location and the currency used at checkout, taxes and currency conversion may apply, so the final amount actually paid is not necessarily identical for every buyer.
Depending on the buyer's location, VAT, GST, sales tax or equivalent taxes may be calculated and applied as part of the transaction.
The total amount actually payable is presented during checkout before the transaction is confirmed.
4. Paddle — Merchant of Record
Atlas orders and payments are processed by Paddle.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
The payment transaction is concluded and processed under the applicable Paddle Buyer Terms.
Depending on the transaction, Paddle handles matters including:
- payment collection;
- payment methods;
- certain transaction-related tax obligations;
- invoices and receipts;
- transaction management;
- refunds;
- certain payment compliance functions.
Atlas/NSAT SARL does not directly store full payment card numbers or CVVs used at checkout.
5. Automatic renewal
This clause applies solely to Atlas Premium subscriptions taken out previously and still active. It does not apply to one-time purchases.
Atlas Premium is a recurring monthly subscription.
Unless cancelled, the subscription automatically renews for another monthly period and the applicable payment method may be charged the amount due.
Automatic renewal is clearly disclosed before purchase.
Paddle may send renewal notifications or reminders where required by applicable law.
6. Cancellation
This clause applies solely to Atlas Premium subscriptions taken out previously and still active. It does not apply to one-time purchases.
Users may cancel their subscription using the subscription-management methods made available through Paddle and Atlas.
Cancellation may be performed through the Paddle buyer portal or the Paddle subscription-management mechanism available from Atlas where provided.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
After cancellation has been correctly registered, no further renewal should occur after the end of that period unless the user subscribes again.
Users normally retain Premium access until the end of the period already paid for, subject to specific circumstances involving applicable law, refunds or another action affecting the transaction.
7. Failed payments
This clause applies solely to Atlas Premium subscriptions taken out previously and still active. It does not apply to one-time purchases.
If Paddle cannot charge the payment method, Paddle may make further payment attempts in accordance with its rules.
If payment continues to fail, the subscription may be suspended, expire or be cancelled according to the status communicated by Paddle.
Atlas Premium access depends on the actual subscription state recognized by the billing system.
8. Refunds
Purchases made through Atlas are subject to Paddle's Refund Policy and the other applicable terms of our payment provider and reseller Paddle, as well as any mandatory rights provided by applicable law.
For certain digital products or services supplied or used immediately after purchase, the exercise of a cancellation or withdrawal right may be affected in accordance with the consent given during the transaction and applicable law.
A transaction is not automatically refundable merely because a user changes their mind; every refund request is considered in accordance with the terms applicable to the transaction and the buyer's statutory rights.
Mandatory statutory buyer rights remain unaffected.
9. Withdrawal and local consumer rights
Some consumers may have statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights depending on their country of residence or place of transaction.
For certain consumers, including those in the European Union, European Economic Area or United Kingdom, a 14-day statutory withdrawal period may apply to certain transactions, subject to exceptions for digital services or content where performance or use has begun with the required consent.
Other countries may provide different periods or rights.
Applicable rights are determined under the relevant law and Paddle's current Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Immediate service access
Following payment confirmation, Atlas may immediately make available the corresponding content or features: the full report, report credits, the “Build my business” modules or, for legacy Atlas Premium subscriptions still active, Premium features.
For certain digital products or services supplied or used immediately after purchase, the exercise of a cancellation or withdrawal right may be affected in accordance with the consent given during the transaction and applicable law; where applicable law imposes specific requirements, the mechanisms and consent requirements in the payment process must be followed.
11. Price changes
This clause applies solely to Atlas Premium subscriptions taken out previously and still active. It does not apply to one-time purchases.
The Atlas Premium price may change in the future.
A price change will not be applied retroactively to a billing period already paid for.
For existing subscriptions, price changes must be communicated and applied in accordance with Paddle rules and applicable law.
Where applicable law requires user consent before a new price is charged, that consent must be obtained.
12. Premium features and quotas
Premium features are those presented in Atlas at the time of use.
The current Premium plan may include access to the full Diagnostic Atlas report, corresponding Premium functionality, reanalysis, full history and available exports.
The applicable usage limits are displayed within the service.
Atlas currently applies a limit of up to 10 diagnostics/reanalyses per monthly period for legacy Atlas Premium subscriptions still active, according to the service's technical rules.
For one-time purchases, the applicable limits are those described in section 2, in particular one credit per full report and a maximum of 3 generations per module of the “Build my business” pack for the diagnostic concerned.
A generation that fails for technical reasons should not count as a successful generation where the system identifies it as failed.
13. No guarantee of commercial results
Payment for an Atlas purchase, or for a legacy Atlas Premium subscription still active, provides access to additional Atlas content or features.
It does not purchase a guarantee of entrepreneurial success.
Atlas does not guarantee:
- revenue;
- profit;
- financing;
- customer acquisition;
- profitability;
- any particular commercial outcome.
Atlas results are decision-support tools.
14. Account and subscription
This clause applies solely to Atlas Premium subscriptions taken out previously and still active. It does not apply to one-time purchases.
The subscription is associated with the Atlas account used for the transaction.
Users should provide accurate information and maintain access to the email address necessary to manage their account and subscription.
Final deletion of an Atlas account may be blocked while a subscription remains active.
Users may first cancel the subscription and wait until the relevant access period ends before completing account deletion, according to the applicable Atlas mechanism.
15. Suspension and fraud
Paid access may be restricted where necessary due to:
- fraud;
- disputed payment;
- chargeback;
- manifestly abusive use;
- legal obligations;
- security incidents.
Mandatory user rights remain unaffected.
16. Support
For questions about the Atlas product:
- Telephone
- +225 05 05 33 44 64
For questions directly related to a transaction, payment, refund or certain subscription matters, users may also use the support channels provided by Paddle.
17. Contractual documents
Use and purchase of Atlas may be governed by:
- these Subscription & Sales Terms;
- the Atlas Terms of Use;
- the Atlas Privacy Policy;
- the Atlas Legal Notice;
- applicable Paddle Buyer Terms and policies.
Where a conflict concerns a transaction processed by Paddle, mandatory contractual rules applicable to that transaction and statutory buyer rights remain applicable.
18. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated to reflect:
- changes to the Atlas offer;
- price changes;
- payment-system changes;
- legal or regulatory developments.
The version applicable to a transaction is determined in accordance with applicable contractual and legal rules.
Changes requiring specific notice or consent will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements.
19. Governing law
The relationship between the user and NSAT concerning use of Atlas is governed by the laws of the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the user's country.
Transactions processed by Paddle are also subject to Paddle Buyer Terms and the rules applicable to the relevant Paddle entity.
Nothing in these Terms deprives consumers of mandatory legal protections.
